The New York Times predicts 2017 as the year of the renter as prices are flat lining. However, not all experts agree.
“It will continue to grow. It’s not stopping,” said Andrew Barrocas, the chief executive of MNS, a real estate brokerage. “When you think it’s hit the max, you hear things that just blow your mind.”
