El Palacio de Hierro in tony Polanco, Mexico City is now Latin America’s largest luxury department store following a $30-million expansion. The November re-opening of the flagship retailer that boasts helipads and private salons drew over 8,000 guests, including global luxury brand executives, celebrities and (pictured here) top models Carmen Dell’Orefice (the oldest working model) and Jon Kortajarena.
