Grant Greenspan and the Kaufman Organization are bringing art to New York's hot NoMad office scene. Miami-based artist Skott Marsi is transforming the elevator shafts of three Madison Square Park office buildings ("the triplets") into vertical art galleries.

The art elevators, part of Kaufman's transformation and restoration of the 12-story triplets, open onto 33 full-floor, 5,500-SF office spaces with hardwood floors and lots of light, now on the market.
