Virtual reality technology is allowing brokers to give tours of homes still under construction. By simply putting on a VR head set, prospective buyers are able to get a sense of what living in their new home would be like, before it exists.

At Nine on the Hudson, luxury condominiums in New Jersey with NYC views, developer K. Hovnanian has found VR to be ideal for forming an emotional connection between buyers and the construction site that one day could be their home.
