Miami’s real estate market is thriving. Not long ago, the action seemed to happen in South Beach, but today, it’s a different story: “South Beach has remained a place to party, but it has little room for development and it can, at times, feel a little grungy. The beachfront alternatives to the north have become more appealing. Two in particular — North Beach and Sunny Isles Beach — are burgeoning with new luxury residential buildings and more developed downtowns with restaurants and boutiques,” writes The New York Times.

Turnberry Ocean Club, boasting 154 condos spread over 54 stories, is one of the newest projects taking the area by storm. The contemporary glass building was designed by New York-based architect Carlos Zapata and features over-the-top amenities including three pools, a rooftop lounge and a spa. Set to be completed in the first quarter of 2020, apartments range from $4 million to $35 million
