The New York Times T Style writes how the Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club is giving Waikiki a “much needed dose of style.” The hotel, housed in a mid-19th C Modernist structure, rocks a ‘60s Hawaiian vibe with vintage surf prints, postcards and chotskies.

Not to be outdone, popular island chef Ed Kenney serves up the Hawaiian-original poke bowl, along with a menu of all-local and sustainable food, at Surfjack’s Mahina & Sun's.
